ProServ South Africa assisted hundreds of companies in their WSP submissions in 2009 and 2010. Support given ranged from email and telephonic support to site visits to ensure that the submission targets were met. In addition, we developed an online WSP submission tool which allowed companies to submit relevant documentation online. The support resulted in a higher than expected submission rate.

Currently ProServ South Africa assists the W&RSETA with research into the implementation and success of Workplace Skills Planning and submission of Annual Training Reports in the sector. This study covers the last five years and is focused on monitoring whether learner, organisational and sector objectives have been achieved.In addition, the study measures the impact the training interventions have had on the sector at large.
