ProServ South Africa is presently contracted by the TEP to support 16 organisations in the Eastern Cape to become compliant against the Customer First™ standard. This service delivery standard ensures that organisations implement systems and processes which will allow them to achieve the 30 defined service standards covering all aspects of their business related to excellence service delivery.  The six month support programme has been perceived as very beneficial for the participating companies as their performance, service delivery and business focus has improved.
