ProServ Talent at Work is a unit of ProServ South Africa which has been improving the quality of South African service since 1999. ProServ Talent at Work provides flexible staffing to a range of business functions including, but not limited to hospitality services, business administration, research, data capture, and just about any need that you have as one of our valued clients. We provide customised training to our staff to facilitate your specific business needs.

The core of the concept of ProServ Talent at Work is that we only work with students. ProServ Talent at Work recruits students for the duration of their studies and places them with clients in different industries for flexible periods based on the needs of the client and the availability of the student.  This provides the student with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in different positions and in different organizations during the years of studying at a university or college, while at the same time earn a salary to alleviate the financial pressures of student life. Furthermore ProServ Talent at Work aims to provide a Social Network infrastructure for students and be a partner in the social and skills development of the student by organizing regular workshops in a variety of emotional intelligence topics and provide the infrastructure to build a social network with fellow student colleagues.

Talent at Work offers exciting job opportunities for students and at the same time an interesting social platform for personal development. One of our "Once-in-a-Lifetime" projects recently implemented was that we provided opportunities for almost 2000 students to work during the WORLD CUP 2010.
