LSG Sky Chefs - Supervisory Management Development Programme

This example supports our experience in skills development.

ProServ South Africa is currently running a management development programme for LSG Sky Chefs. This programme includes individual workplace toolkits, classroom training, mentorship support as well as performance reviews and management. The programme focuses on future managers who should be fast tracked to support the expansion of LSG chefs in Africa.

 

Extrabold

Extrabold - Supervisory Management Development Programme

This example supports our experience in skills development.

ProServ South Africa is currently running a management development programme for extrabold. Extrabold is a hotel management company which manages a variety of hotel and resort brands on behalf of their owners.  

Learners from the Mount Grace Country House and Spa, Rosebank Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Sandton are currently on this one year management programme. The programme consists out of classroom based workshops, mentorship support as well as workplace-based exercises and projects which cover the practical aspects of the learning programme.

Previously Rosebank Hotel - Supervisory Management Development Programme

This example supports our experience in skills development.

Over the past years ProServ South Africa has been involved in the design and implementation of several Supervisory and Management Development Programmes for Crowne Plaza, previously known as the Rosebank Hotel. The programme has been adapted to the needs of supervisors in that hospitality industry and over a period of 2 years 20 participants were involved in this supervisory development initiative. 

 

South African Airways

South African Airways - Quality Measurement and Supervisory Development

This example supports our experience in skills development.

As part of the development and implementation of an Integrated Customer Service Strategy, South African Airways has embarked on a process of developing a comprehensive Service Excellence Rating Model, supported by detailed Quality Measurement Tools.  ProServ South Africa was involved in the development of the Rating Model and the associated measurement tools, as well as the capacity building of the relevant SAA employees. The aim of the project was the measurement of the service delivery at all stations of SAA worldwide as well as on board domestic, regional and international flights. Outcomes of the measurement were used to improve service delivery to passengers.  PSA has trained over 90 South African Airways Supervisors and Managers as Quality Auditors to assist in the roll out of the project.
