| ProServ South Africa has signed a contract with Banyan Tree Al Wadi to source, interview and recruit hospitality staff for one of the new desert hotels as well as one of their beach resorts that are both based in the United Emirates, Dubai.
ProServ was responsible for the sourcing of suitable, talented candidates, first and second round of online interviews and the support of the signage of contracts. We further supported candidates with the application of their passports and the completion of required documentation.
As we were the contact person of Banyan Tree in South Africa, we were in constant communication with the client and the successful candidates who were placed in the different divisions of the hotel.

The Rezidor Hotel Group, Radisson Hotel Maputo in Mozambique - Recruiting of Staff

| ProServ Mozambique has signed a contract with The Rezidor Group for the Radisson Hotel in Maputo to source, interview and recruit hospitality staff for all the departments of this new 154 room-property.
ProServ was responsible for the sourcing and interviewing of suitable, talented candidates, as well as grading and the support for the signage of contracts.
ProServ's component of the project was successfully completed in the planned time frame.

| In October 2008 ProServ South Africa Talent Placement was contracted by Compass Group South Africa, the largest contract catering company world-wide, to manage their staff selection, recruitment and placement process nationally.
Compass Group SA absorbs on average 40 staff members per month. PSA Talent Placement manages the complete staff selection, recruitment and placement process ensuring that the right people are recruited for specific positions based on detailed job specifications.
