Patrick is cofounder of ProServ. He was born and studied in The Netherlands. He completed a MSc in Management and a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management. Before coming to South Africa in 1998,he held various positions in Tourism and Hospitality in the USA, Australia, Gibraltar, Spain and The Netherlands where he was the General Manager of the 120-room Efteling Hotel.

| Ruth studied Credit Management and currently Finance Management with UNISA. She broadened her knowledge by joining government entities such as South African Revenue Services and Gauteng Shared Services Centre. With the experience acquired she joined ProServ in 2006 as a Finance Administrator. She is involved in organising successful social committee events. In April 2009 she was appointed as the Corporate Services Coordinator with her main role focussing on being the link between the Finance Department and accounting service providers. |

Kubashini is currently completing a B.Compt degree at Unisa. She has extensive experience in Accounting, including 3 years in audit articles. She was employed by ProServ in July 2011 as Coordinator: Management Accounting, Reporting and Compliance.

Nonki was born and raised in Mount Frere. She completed Matric in 1995 and completed Food Service Management in 1999. She worked in various roles in the hospitality industry before joining ProServ International in 2008.

| Mable comes from Limpopo and joined ProServ in 2004. She worked in the hospitality industry and worked for the Sunnyside Hotel in Johannesburg. She is currently working as Office Administrator, performing various duties within the organisation and ensuring accurate record management in terms of Learner Registration and Portfolio's of Evidence. |

JC grew up in Upington in the Northern Cape and matriculated in 1997. He studied BA Communication at the University of Johannesburg and completed various courses in Web & Graphic Design before joining ProServ South Africa in 2003. Since then he has been working in several different departments within the organisation including Training & Development, Office Management and Human Resources. In 2010 he became Coordinator: Information Systems, maintaining organisational web-based IT applications and managing IT Infrastructure.

Tjade graduated with a Masters Degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, and decided to come to South Africa. As a researcher and consultant he has been involved in various projects in a variety of industries, ranging from analysing a supply base in China, customer satisfaction analysis in The Netherlands and South Africa, as well as Competency Frameworks and Skills Audits.

Linah was born in Sebati Village, Polokwane. After completing her diploma in Secretarial Skills she worked for Dynamic Computer & Training in Polokwane. In 2001 she attended Skills Programme training with Hospitality Professionals while working as a chef at Esselen Park. She joined the ProServ Team in 2002 as Office Assistant after completing her Administration Diploma with Rosebank College.

Ockert grew up in Pretoria & matriculated in 1986. He did Club Management in the South African Air Force and finished a Hotel Management Diploma through INTEC. To further his Management and catering skills, he worked in various industrial catering companies throughout South Africa. He has been with the company since 1999 and is involved in material development for Arabella & CTICC Cape Town. Socially he is a qualified Northern Transvaal Rugby Referee for the Blue Bulls and is on the board for the Anthe Pieters Safe House and Foster Home.

Aluwani grew up in Sibasa, in a village called Dzingahe, and matriculated in 1999. She studied Tourism at Tshwane University of Technology and completed a National Diploma in Tourism. She completed an internship at Limpopo Tourism and Parks and in February 2010 joined ProServ South Africa as Office Administrator: Polokwane.

Celia graduated with a B.Comm Honours in Business Management specialising in marketing from the University of North West. Upon successful completion of her studies she chose to explore and acquire working knowledge of different cultures and nationalities abroad where she was exposed to 5-star hospitality in England and Scotland. She furthermore gained experience by working in the F&B departments of both the Queen Elizabeth II and Queen Mary II Cruise Liners for a period of 5 years. She joined ProServ in 2008 and is currently part of the Business Development team coordinating marketing and public relations.

Khomotjo Priscah Shakoane was born and bred in Bushbuckridge. She obtained a National Diploma in Food and Nutrition in 2000 at the Technikon of Pretoria. She worked for various companies in South Africa as a facilitator and assessor before joining ProServ South Africa in 2003. She is currently administrating learner information in Training & Development.

Michael Mann has 16 years experience working in the tourism and consulting business with nearly 7 years with ProServ. His "nothing by halves" attitude to life means it is all or nothing with Mike! The play hard work hard adage is one Michael aspires to. A single dad of two boys and provincial manager of one of the Limpopo projects means he never sleeps and covers 4000kms per month. An on the feet thinker, Michael, manages both consulting services in the banking sector and Project Management of Tourism Enterprise projects in Limpopo.

Themba grew up in Soweto and matriculated in Swaziland in 1990. He was a professional sportsman in the 90s and involved in various sports like boxing, basketball & volleyball before joining the hospitality industry. He started his own training company in 2003, shortly before joining ProServ South Africa. He has been with the company since 2005 and is currently holding a position as a Chief Moderator. He was involved in training projects such as the TEP project, Confederations Cup 2009 and The FIFA World Cup 2010 projects.

Irma Norminton started her career as Parliamentary Secretary for the Department of Labour. Her first experience in the tourism trade was when she worked for a company called Afritourism as the PA to the Marketing Director. Irma started with Proserv at the beginning of March 2010 as a Business Development Consultant for the TEP account. She loves people and enjoys meeting new people on her endeavours to promote TEP products in the Limpopo Province.

Gillian grew up in Port Elizabeth and completed her B. Tech HR Management in 1996. After a two-year break during which she travelled and worked in the United States and the UK, she began work at the then Hospitality Industry Training Board doing monitoring of in-service trainees , eventually ending up as the Tourism Learnership Project Manager for THETA in 2000. In 2002 she left THETA to become a training consultant in her own business, working in the hospitality, recruitment, ABET, NGO and agriculture industries and joined Proserv in April 2010.

Vero grew up in Ga-Rankuwa and completed Office Administration in 2004. She started working in the Hospitality Industry and completed a learnership in Hospitality Reception. She became a qualified facilitator and assessor in 2006. In April 2009 she joined ProServ as a Facilitator / Assessor and became a qualified Moderator in Jan 2010.

Johanna was born and raised in the North West Province. She started her hospitality career by completing various skills programmes in the Hotel Industry and in 2005 qualified as a Professional Chef. She became a Registerd Facilitator and Assessor in 2008 and joined ProServ South Africa shortly thereafter.

Marthine was born in Pretoria and graduated from the University of Pretoria with a B. Consumer Science: Hospitality Management Degree in 2004. She is currently busy with her Masters Degree in Consumer Science: Food Management. She worked in various sectors in the Hospitality Industry, which includes work in the UK. She joined ProServ South Africa in April 2010 as a Consultant and joined the Training Services Department in July 2011 as project coordinator.

Melissa grew up in Cape Town. She holds a B.Com Law degree, majoring in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Western Cape. She worked in the financial services industry and held various roles within Human Resources. She is involved with social projects in her community assisting with funds for soup kitchens in under privileged areas. Melissa joined ProServ in June 2010 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and in June 2011 she joined the Training Services and Enterprise Development Division as Project Administrator and Facilitator in the Cape Town office.

Mmapula grew up in North West and matriculated from Micha-Kgasi High in 1995. She continued her studies with TNT and obtained a National Diploma in Food Service Management in 1999. She joined ProServ South Africa in April 2005 as a qualified facilitator/ assessor and worked as part of the Training and Development Department in various Learnerships and Skills Development projects.

Belinda completed her BA HDipEd at WITS University and went on to teach English for 11 years at various schools. She was a freelance writer, proofreader and copy-editor for a year before joining Proserv South Africa in 2010. She enjoys mountain biking and running and has completed many triathlons including an Ironman.

Sharon has recruited for diverse Industry Sectors such as: Financial, Banking, Engineering, Sales, Mining, Optometric and Various Generalist recruitment positions across all Industry Sectors. Sharon has held positions such as General Manager; National Sales Manager and Senior Consultant within various Recruitment Organisations.

Lungelwa grew up and studied in the Eastern and Western Cape. She has worked for various multi- national corporations such as SAA, LGSA and Denel. Her tasks have ranged from Stakeholder Relations, Education, Training & Development as well as developing further business through efficient Customer Relation Management. She has a keen interest in canoeing, and adores outdoor life. She joined ProServ South Africa as Project Coordinator in January 2012.

Nosheena has a B-Tech in Somatology from UJ but always had a passion for Training and Development. To follow through on this passion, she has completed her assessor and moderator training, and is currently studying toward becoming an ETD Practitioner. Nosheena has extensive experience in liaising with Services SETA, Umalusi and DOE, and was employed by ProServ South Africa in June 2011 where she is responsible for ensuring all accreditation requirements for the company are met.

Nonhlanhla grew up in Empangeni in Kwa-Zulu Natal. She received her Diploma in Frontline and Tourism Management. She worked for several Training and Development companies in Johannesburg before joining ProServ South Africa in January 2012. She likes singing and sings for the Rhema Choir in Randburg.
